He holds a Masters in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and is pursuing his PhD, focused on how teams perform under pressure in complex environments.

His style is direct, calm and insightful. He’s not interested in running slide presentations in boardrooms. Instead, he works with teams in real environments — offsite, outdoors, away from the usual rhythms — because that's where people have the conversations that actually shift things.
